How do I return my order?
You may return your bed or cover within 7 days of receipt. Please contact customer service with your order number on hello@catstreet.com and our legendary team will give the return address to send your items back to. Please ensure your items are packaged securely for shipping to prevent any damages that you will be liable for. No restocking fee will be charged on unopened returned beds. Please note in order for a return to be eligible, the bed and or cover must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of any fur or hair. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I return the bed once it has been opened?
Yes, you may return the bed if you have opened it within 7 days of receipt, however a $50 restocking fee will apply on opened bed returns. Please contact customer service on hello@catstreet.com if you wish to initiate a return. Please note, the bed will no longer fit in the box it came in once it has expanded, so you will need to package it appropriately for shipping. We can only accept the bed back if it is in its original condition and does not contain any hair/fur and is not soiled. We reserve the right to refuse your return if these conditions are not met.
