The dates below apply to Parcel Post deliveries sent to metro areas. If you’re located in a regional or rural area, please allow a little extra time for delivery.

International
International delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and service. The dates below are our recommended cut-offs. We’ll continue to ship all international orders quickly, but parcels sent after these dates may not arrive before Christmas.

Please note: These timeframes are based on the Australia Post Christmas Delivery Calculator and may change. Customs processing and overseas postal delays can also impact delivery, so we always encourage ordering as early as possible.

All estimates are based on metro-to-metro delivery routes. Regional or rural addresses may require additional time.

International Cut-Off Dates:

How long is shipping?

Normal delivery time in Australia is 2-5 business days. Regional, rural and international destinations may take longer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping in Australia is free for orders over $150.
International shipping will calculate at checkout based on your location.

Can I pay extra for express shipping?

We always try to choose express shipping for our customers when possible (for free) however we cannot always guarantee it. If you need your bed urgently and live in Sydney, we can arrange for you to pick up from our warehouse, or you can arrange for an Uber to pick it up for you.

Are taxes included in the price for international orders?

Our prices do not include any import taxes. Please check with your local customs representatives for information on whether you need to pay local customs charges.

I ordered multiple items and I only received one

If you ordered the bed and an additional cover, the cover will be packaged in a separate box to the bed. We always ship them out together, but Australia Post doesn’t always deliver them on the same day. If you have been waiting more than 3 days for the rest of your order, please contact our team on hello@catstreet.com and we can investigate for you.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes we do. Our shipping is done with Australia Post.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information with a tracking link that you can follow.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

All our items are carried out with an authority to leave if there is a safe spot to leave at your address. Otherwise, it will be taken to your nearest post office for you to collect.

Where are you shipping from?

From our Sydney warehouse in Yennora, NSW.

Can I pick it up instead?

Yes, that can be arranged by appointment only. Please email us first on hello@catstreet.com and we will arrange for your order to be picked up.
