Cat Street offers free shipping anywhere in Australia. We ship our products with Australia Post. Normal delivery time in Australia is 2-5 business days. Regional and rural areas may take longer. All our items are carried out with an authority to leave if there is a safe spot to leave at your address. Otherwise, it will be taken to your nearest post office for you to collect.

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $20.

Shipping to any other international destination is a flat rate of $40.

Care & Washing

Washing the Bouclé Cover: zip off the bouclé cover and wash on a warm gentle machine wash, hang to dry inside out. Do not bleach, iron, dry-clean or tumble dry.

Return

If you change your mind about a cover, you are welcome to return within 14 days of delivery. Please note in order for a return to be eligible, the cover must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of any fur or hair. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
