Cat Street offers free shipping anywhere in Australia for orders over $150. Any orders under $150 will incur a $12.95 flat rate fee. We ship our products with Australia Post. Normal delivery time in Australia is 2-5 business days. Regional and rural areas may take longer. All our items are carried out with an authority to leave if there is a safe spot to leave at your address. Otherwise, it will be taken to your nearest post office for you to collect.

International shipping rates will calculate at checkout based on your location.

Care & Washing

Washing the Bouclé Cover: zip off the bouclé cover and wash on a warm gentle machine wash, hang to dry inside out. Do not bleach, iron, dry-clean or tumble dry.

Washing the Waterproof Lining (only wash if your cat has wet the bed): zip off the waterproof lining and wash on a gentle cold cycle, hang to dry in the shade. Remember to reassemble the bed with the waterproof lining to ensure your bed is protected.

Do not wash the memory foam pieces.

Return

You may return your bed or cover within 14 days of receipt. Please contact customer service with your order number on hello@catstreet.com and our team will give the return address to send your items back to. Please ensure your items are packaged securely for shipping to prevent any damages that you will be liable for. Please note in order for a return to be eligible, the bed and or cover must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of any fur or hair. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Perfect According to my Cat

My cat took to this bed after a couple of days and now it’s one of his go-to lounging spots. I had tried a “cat cave” previously but he was not interested in it at all. This bed is a hit and the perfect size for him to curl up in. He’s about 12 pounds so not a tiny guy.

Do you have any clever tips on how to entice them ?

We understand introducing a new bed to your cat can be a bit tricky! Here are some tips to help:

Cozy spot: Place the bed in a quiet, comfy area-high spots like a couch or bed often feel safest.

Positive association: Add treats to encourage your cat to explore and enjoy the bed.

Familiar scents: Include a blanket or item that smells like you to make it feel more comforting.

Wash the cover: This can remove the “new bed” smell and help it pick up familiar home scents.

Be patient - cats often take their time adjusting. We’ve also emailed you with these tips, and you’re welcome to reply if you need any extra help. We hope your kitty loves their new bed soon! ❤️

almost too good

It took a couple days but now she’s discovered this bed, she won’t get out of it. She wants to take it all over the house with her. It’s bittersweet because she no longer shares my pillow with me sleeping but I love that she loves the bed so much
