Shipping

Cat Street offers free shipping anywhere in Australia. We ship our products with Australia Post. Normal delivery time in Australia is 2-5 business days. Regional and rural areas may take longer. All our items are carried out with an authority to leave if there is a safe spot to leave at your address. Otherwise, it will be taken to your nearest post office for you to collect. The extra ‘catnip’ cover will be shipped in a separate box to the bed box, and they may arrive at different times. You will receive two boxes in total with this bundle.

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $30.

Shipping to any other international destination is a flat rate of $80.

Care & Washing

Washing the Bouclé Cover: zip off the bouclé cover and wash on a warm gentle machine wash, hang to dry inside out. Do not bleach, iron, dry-clean or tumble dry.

Washing the Waterproof Lining (only wash if your cat has wet the bed): zip off the waterproof lining and wash on a gentle cold cycle, hang to dry in the shade. Remember to reassemble the bed with the waterproof lining to ensure your bed is protected.

Do not wash the memory foam pieces.

Return

You may return your bed or cover within 14 days of receipt. Please contact customer service with your order number on hello@catstreet.com and our team will give the return address to send your items back to. Please ensure your items are packaged securely for shipping to prevent any damages that you will be liable for. Please note in order for a return to be eligible, the bed and or cover must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of any fur or hair. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

My diva’s new bed

My tortie cat has gone from a stray to a diva. After I washed the new rice pudding cover and assembled the bed, she immediately jumped into the bed and has been in it most of the time since then. Just ordered a second one for her for another part of the house, this one is in golden teddy.

Instant LOVE from my Russian Blue!

My boy was straight in his new Cat St bed and 24 hours later he’s still in it! I had to carry it into my bed with him in it for his morning cuddle as he won’t get out of it!

Beautiful quality, nice and sturdy, gorgeous fabric and it looks great in the home unlike many unsightly cat accessories.

My boy is 7kg so it is perfect for big cats 🤍

Fits the Biggest CHONK in the House

I’m a pro at buying stuff for my cats only to have them turn their nose up and never even pretend to like it. Received this bed yesterday and so far the group bully won’t let anyone else near it. For reference he is a CHONK of over 20lbs. I was skeptical that he would fit but he’s all rolled up cozy. I’m debating buying another one before the Black Friday sale ends so the other cats can have a chance. 10 out 10 recommended.

Never enough!

I have now ordered 4 for my kitties and 1 as a gift! They’re the best cat beds and they love them!!!! The outer cover is easy to wash too! :)

My Kids Love This Bed
