Cat Street offers free shipping anywhere in Australia for orders over $150. Any orders under $150 will incur a $12.95 flat rate fee. We ship our products with Australia Post. Normal delivery time in Australia is 2-5 business days. Regional and rural areas may take longer. All our items are carried out with an authority to leave if there is a safe spot to leave at your address. Otherwise, it will be taken to your nearest post office for you to collect.

Simply zip the cover off your bed and wash the cover on a warm gentle machine wash. Hang to dry inside out. Do not bleach, iron, dry-clean or tumble dry. Do not wash the foam inserts. The foam inserts are protected inside a waterproof lining. If necessary, wipe down the waterproof lining with a damp cloth and air dry.

If you change your mind about a cover, you are welcome to return within 14 days of delivery. Please note in order for a return to be eligible, the cover must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of any fur or hair. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
